okay let me tell you why people cant kick off their addiction.
people are constantly trying to quit their addiction.
but each time they stop, they kept count of how many days they stopped.
one day, one week, two week then one month.
then one fine day, they think to themself.
"wow, its been one month since i last fill in verb,
maybe its time to reward myself with my addiction.
and ill try harder the next time. i will!"
this way they rationalise to themself but end up getting hooked again.
but really, throughout the time they stopped their addiction.
they re constantly keeping count of the days and thinking of their addiction.
how can you get something off your daily habit when youre thinking about it everyday?
so i say, stop keeping count and just stop
as though it didnt even happen to you before.
or die thinking.
( that you will kick your addiction. )
